After long-term use, air conditioners can produce some odors, and many users find that the air blown out by long-term Water-cooled Air Conditioner is no longer as fresh and refreshing as before. After analysis, it can be concluded that the main reason for this phenomenon is that the cold air fan has not been cleaned for a long time, and if the cooling circulating water is used for a long time, it may deteriorate. After long-term use of the cold air fan, dust and dirt accumulate on the filter screen, causing the cold air fan to emit a certain odor. How should we deal with this? Regular cleaning of Industrial Fans is necessary, with a focus on the copper sheets and filter screens that are prone to accumulating dust and other dirt inside the cold air fan, to avoid excessive accumulation of dust and the generation of strange odors.
How to clean up odors when the air cooler is running
After a Commercial Fan air conditioner has been running for a long time, if it is not properly cleaned and maintained, it may cause an odor in the cool air sent out by the air conditioner. So what should be done? Generally speaking, it is necessary to clean the filter screen and environmentally friendly air conditioning sink.
Method: Remove the evaporative filter screen and rinse it repeatedly with water. Generally, it can be cleaned normally. If there are substances that are difficult to rinse on the filter screen, you can first rinse the evaporative filter screen and the cooling fan sink with high-pressure water, and then spray the air conditioning washing solution onto the filter screen. After the washing solution has completely soaked the filter screen for 5 minutes, rinse with high-pressure water until the impurities on the filter screen are removed.
If there is still an odor, you can add some chlorine containing disinfectant to the sink while the machine is turned on, allowing the disinfectant to fully saturate the filter screen and various corners of the air conditioner. Repeated disinfection can stop the odor of the air conditioner.
