Causes of Industrial Fans noise

1. Reasons for noise generated by Industrial Fans
①Wind noise

When the industrial large fan is working, the fan blades drive the air to generate air flow sound, which is generally understood as wind sound. No one can reduce this rumor. The speed of the fan blades can only be reduced by adjusting the speed, but the air volume will also be reduced.

②Motor
The motor used in general industrial large fans generates power through the rotation of gears. During the rotation, the gears mesh, the lubricating oil fails, and a loud noise of more than 50-90 decibels is generated. Therefore, it may cause discomfort when used in some quiet places
③ vibration
When the rotor of an industrial large fan rotates, if the physical center of mass of the rotor is not on the same axis as the center of inertia of the shaft, the rotor will be unbalanced. The closer distance between the rotor's physical center of mass and the shaft's inertia is called the eccentricity. Unbalance of the rotor causes eccentricity. When the rotor rotates, a force is generated due to the centrifugal force on the shaft bracket to form vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to various parts of the machine through the basic path.
④ Vocal polyphony
Wind sounds sound like normal wind sounds, but abnormal sounds are different. When the Industrial Fans is running, if there are other sounds besides the wind noise, it can be judged that the Industrial Fans has abnormal sound. The abnormal sound may be caused by foreign matter or deformation in the bearing, improper assembly or looseness caused by uneven winding of the motor winding.
2. Matters needing attention in the use of Industrial Fans
① Check the lubricating oil pointer before use, and the lubricating oil pointer must be on the specified straight line.
②The dust must be cleaned before use, otherwise it may cause a short circuit.
③ Check the fan blades for cracks. If there is a crack, replace it in time.
④ Check whether the insulation resistance is damaged, otherwise it may cause electric shock.
⑤ Check whether the anti-drop part of the industrial large fan is loose. If it is loose, it should be repaired in time.
⑥ Check whether all parts are lost, and replace them in time if any are lost.
⑦ Check whether there are flammable and explosive operations or items around the Industrial Fans. Fire may occur if sparks and static electricity are generated.
