What are the standards for using HVLS Fans?

1. Before starting

Before turning on the HVLS Fans, check whether the power cord is intact, whether the grounding wire is intact and reliable, and whether there are foreign objects on the impeller. Only when it is safe can it be started.

Large Energy Saving Industrial Ceiling Fan

The protective mesh of the Hvls Ceiling Fans should not be larger than 50mmx50mm. The protective cover and fan blades should be fixed reliably without shaking. It is prohibited to place foreign objects on the HVLS Fans and use it as other drying equipment. Hvls Ceiling Fans used in flammable and explosive places must have explosion-proof performance. .
The circuit of the mobile Hvls Ceiling Fans must use intact rubber pipes. When there are circuits with damaged joints and insulation, they must be properly handled, otherwise they cannot be used.
2.When the HVLS Fans is running
It is strictly prohibited to start the fan with bare feet or wet hands, or touch the HVLS Fans.
After starting the HVLS Fans, you should pay attention to check whether there are abnormal sounds, odors, sparks, etc. If problems are found, stop and check immediately.
If the Hvls Ceiling Fans needs to be moved, the power supply must be cut off. When the HVLS Fans is running, movement is prohibited. The Hvls Ceiling Fans must be connected to a leakage protector.
3.When the HVLS Fans is turned off
If the HVLS Fans fails, immediately find relevant personnel to check and repair it. If it is a circuit problem, it must be repaired by an electrician. No other personnel are allowed to touch it.
HVLS Fans must be cleaned, maintained and inspected regularly by dedicated personnel.
4. Emergency response plan
1) If the HVLS Fans is found to be loose, displaced, or the casing is electrified, the HVLS Fans should be shut down immediately for maintenance.
2) If there is a danger of personal electric shock, immediately turn off the power switch, rescue the person who suffered electric shock, and protect the scene of the incident.
3) In case of mechanical injury, bandage immediately to stop bleeding and prevent infection; and the injured person should go to the hospital for treatment immediately.
