HVLS Fans installation height specifications

We often hear that many customers are interested in HVLS Fans, and many people ask how much building space is required to install HVLS Fans. First, we will ask customers about the indoor building height (floor height) of large spaces such as workshops. The installation of large Industrial Fans generally requires a building height of more than 4m. So what are the installation conditions for HVLS Fans? What precautions?

1. The clear height of the building should be greater than 4m, and the spacing between structural load-bearing columns should be greater than 20% of the diameter of the HVLS Fans to be installed;
2. The roof structure is allowed to bear more than 150kg, and the total weight of the HVLS Fans equipment is about 125kg (including installation accessories and dynamic load);
3. The effective coverage area of a single HVLS Fans is 30~40m in diameter, and the distance between adjacent HVLS Fans is 30~40m;
4. The installation height of the HVLS Fans is about 6~8m from the blade to the ground, and the smaller one should not be less than 4m;
5. The distance between the installation position of the control box and the installation position of the HVLS Fans should be less than 30m.
6. Ensure that the installation location of the HVLS Fans is not blocked by chandeliers or other obstacles;
7. It is not suitable to install in places where there are long-term heat sources or oil fumes.
