How to protect the safety of HVLS Fans

1. HVLS Fans safety ring: plays a protective role in the event of an accident and prevents components from slipping;

2. L-shaped safety ring of the fan blades: prevents the fan blades from falling off individually, and reconnects all the fan blades in pairs to form an overall structure;
3. Fasteners: All fasteners are up to grade 8.8 high-strength industrial bolts, with an actual force load of more than 10 times. At the same time, fastening glue is used for anti-loosening protection, and anti-loosening self-locking nuts and toothed anti-loosening pads are installed;
4. Steel wire traction: The force strength of each steel wire rope can reach 1000KG, and each connection point is equipped with multiple protections to prevent the fan from shaking due to external forces;
5. The HVLS Fans is connected to the building structure through a universal joint, which reduces the transmission of vibration and displacement to the building structure;
6. The HVLS Fans hub unit has an anti-falling structure;
7. Install a steel wire safety rope between the mounting bracket and the steel beam to prevent accidental falling off;
8. When an accident occurs, the frequency conversion control system will automatically alarm and shut down;
