3. Gear case (oil pan): rigidity or hardness, thermal deformation and oil capacity.
4. Operating conditions: speed, load, vibration, temperature and external heating.
5. Material adaptability: steel, non-ferrous metals, light metals, plastics, paints and coatings, etc.
For most HVLS Fans, the motor's lubricating oil does not need to be changed. In particular, our company's HVLS Fans motor is an imported product with guaranteed quality. The whole machine is fully enclosed and requires no maintenance for life. Only the motors of a few HVLS Fans in dusty and oily working environments need to be replenished with lubricating oil. However, the motor lubricating oil of HVLS Fans is more professional. When replacing, you need to contact the HVLS Fans manufacturer for on-site repair, replacement and maintenance.
