How much noise does an Industrial Fans make in decibels and what is its impact?

As we all know, Industrial Fans are widely used in tall spaces such as industrial plants, logistics warehousing, waiting rooms, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, supermarkets, etc. as a means of ventilation for tall spaces because of their "power saving, large coverage, and small footprint". , a common industrial cooling machine used to cool down personnel. However, due to the huge fan blades and long-term operation, noise will inevitably be generated. So how loud is the noise?

Super Industrial Fan Applications

1. Wind noise
When an Industrial Fans is working, noise is generated because the blades periodically bear the pulsating force of the uneven airflow at the outlet; on the other hand, due to the uneven distribution of pressure on the blades themselves and on the blades, the disturbance to the surrounding gas and parts during rotation also causes Rotational noise; in addition, turbulent adhesion surfaces, vortices and vortex detachment are generated when the gas flows through the blades, which causes pulsation of the pressure distribution on the blades and produces eddy flow noise. The noise caused by these three reasons can be comprehensively called "cutting noise". Generally, Industrial Fans with large air volume and pressure will also have larger cutting noise.
2.Vibration
Assuming that when the Industrial Fans rotor rotates, the physical center of mass of the rotor and the center of inertia of the rotating shaft are not on the same axis, it will cause imbalance in the rotor. The close distance between the physical center of mass of the rotor and the center of inertia of the rotating shaft is called the eccentricity. The imbalance of the rotor causes the eccentricity. When the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force produces a force on the rotating shaft bracket to form vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to the machine through the base path. Each part.
3. Abnormal sound
Wind noise sounds like pure wind sound, but abnormal noise is different. When the Industrial Fans is running, if there are other sounds besides the wind sound, it can be judged that the Industrial Fans has abnormal noise. Abnormal noise may be caused by foreign matter or deformation in the bearing, collision due to improper assembly, or uneven winding of the motor winding, resulting in looseness, which may cause abnormal noise.
The first two are normal "noises". If it is the third type, you should pay attention to it. Although it will not cause a big problem, it is better to prevent it before it happens. After all, safety is important.
